Return Policy
Meluzza Jewelry LLC produces one-of-a-kind, made to order jewelry. After placing an order, we are in close contact with all customers to ensure the product matches expectations. All customers can be involved in ensuring the product meets their needs prior to shipping. All customized, made to order, and/or personalized jewelry is Final Sale. Any complaints regarding final products should be sent to info@meluzza.com for evaluation.
Canceling orders
You can cancel your order within 24 hours. After this period, all cancelled orders will incur a 10% restocking fee (not to exceed $1000) for returned items.
Exchanges
Meluzza Jewelry LLC will not exchange items that were customized per customer's requests. Please see below for items exempt from this policy.
Resizing
Meluzza Jewelry LLC offers resizing for all jewelry purchased at Meluzza Jewelry LLC. A fee will be applied for this service. Certain items cannot be resized and it is the customer's responsibility to read product descriptions.
Alterations
Meluzza Jewelry LLC will alter pieces to match preferences prior to shipping. Alterations made after items are shipped are evaluated on a case-to-case basis and will incur a service fee.
Exceptions to above policy
Upon request, certain items can be exchanged/altered within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that all returned orders will incur a 10% restocking fee for returned items. Items being exchanged for another item of at least the same value will not incur the 10% restocking fee.

Please refer to this page for jewelry care instructions. Meluzza Jewelry LLC is not liable for damage that results from improper care.
