Shipment Processing Time
We arrange to ship your items as soon as possible after you finalize your purchase with us. We produce our jewelry in limited quantities, which can result in longer than usual lead times. Upon placing an order you will be notified of an estimated ship date, which is usually between 4 and 6 weeks. Meluzza is under no obligation to ship items before the date set by us, as it is the most reasonable time estimate for producing and shipping our product. The delivery time and cost will vary depending on your location and order. Please allow extra time for processing and delivery at peak times (such as holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking information. We are not responsible for errors that happen during shipping, or for inaccurate delivery information/instructions. It is your responsibility to track your packages via the shipping partner's website.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
The shipping cost for standard delivery is included in the price of our products. For most products that means delivery within 7 days after shipping, however you will be notified separately with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
For any inquires about express and/or overnight shipping, please reach out to us prior to placing the order.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPOA Addresses
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Meluzza Jewelry LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Meluzza Jewelry LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
