Return Policy

Meluzza Jewelry LLC produces one-of-a-kind, made to order jewelry. Because we produce each item in close collaboration with the customer, all orders are Final Sale. All customers can be involved in ensuring the product meets their needs prior to shipping. You can book an appointment at our NYC studio if you would like to see the jewelry prior to ordering. Any complaints regarding final products should be sent to info@meluzza.com for evaluation.

Canceling orders

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. After this period, all cancelled orders will incur a 15% restocking fee for returned items.

Exchanges

Meluzza Jewelry LLC will not exchange items that were customized per customer's requests. Please see below for items exempt from this policy.

Resizing

Meluzza Jewelry LLC offers resizing for all jewelry purchased at Meluzza Jewelry LLC. Excluded are items that are not resizable per item description. It is the customer's responsibility to read product descriptions.

Repairs

Meluzza Jewelry LLC offers routine repairs and maintenance on all Meluzza items. Routine maintenance includes cleaning and inspection. Routine repairs include re-polishing, tightening prongs, or tightening functional clasps. Damage due to improper care is excluded from routine repairs. Improper care includes damage due to impact, chemical exposure, or heat and moisture.

We are not able to replace lost gemstones but may be able to source a replacement for certain gemstones (paid service). Contact info@meluzza.com for evaluation.

Alterations

Meluzza Jewelry LLC will alter pieces to match preferences prior to shipping. Alterations made after items are shipped are evaluated on a case-to-case basis and will incur a service fee.

Exceptions to above policy

Upon request, certain items can be exchanged/altered within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that all returned orders will incur a 15% restocking fee for returned items. Items being exchanged for another item of at least the same value will not incur the 15% restocking fee.

Please refer to this page for jewelry care instructions. Meluzza Jewelry LLC is not liable for damage that results from improper care.
